To be fair, it is really creepy to see your name on a tombstone/cremation urn. My DH and I have our spot next to my inlaws, and our urn aleady has our names, birthdates and wedding day on it. It is WEIRD- I feel like Scrooge when I go to pay my respects, and it really freaked out our nephew, who thought one of us must be terminally ill!
Tomb wrecks are real tombstones that make us laugh. No photoshop work is done here (except to cover the names of the victims). We know death can be a touchy subject, and no disrespect is intended. We view this as the lighter side of the other side. While we welcome your photo submissions, we absolutely do not condone trespassing or damaging grave markers. Don't wreck a potential wreck! :o)

ReplyDeleteMy great aunt and great uncle purchased their plot and stone years and years ahead of their deaths. It creeped me out.
ReplyDeleteMy parents purchased the plot next to another relative to reserve it, but thankfully have no stone there.
