Tomb wrecks are real tombstones that make us laugh. No photoshop work is done here (except to cover the names of the victims). We know death can be a touchy subject, and no disrespect is intended. ReplyDeleteYou know, I have often wandered through graveyards in Europe, trying to decipher the meanings of some of the symbols put on tombstones as much as 500 years old. There are books on the subject, so you can look up lilies or sword positions or whatever.
ReplyDeleteI'd like to be able to see the faces of cemetery explorers 500 years from now as they try to decipher the deep meaning of a rare engraving of an anthropomorphic duck shaking its fists.
